Full moon's are illuminations and a time for shedding what we have outgrown and release what is no longer serves us, making space for growth. Taking some time to slow down and welcome stillness really helps navigate this process.
Having a soundbath will support and encourage your energy into alignment, helping you gently release what no longer serves you, holding you in a deeply restful and relaxing place. Different sounds and vibrations will sooth your mind, body, and soul, guiding you to feel lighter and more balanced. ✨️
There is no movement involved so suitable for all.
Please bring yoga mats, cushions, blankets, or a folding chair if this feels more suitable for you. Bring anything you think you may need to get comfortable and relax for an hour.
The cost is £10pp payable online or in cash on the day.
