Cuban Roast & Toast: Asador Cubano Whole Pig & Mojitos

Greg DeForest-Campbell has spent nearly three decades in the restaurant world — working every role from bar back to sommelier to general manager, first in Boston and later in New York City. Most recently, he and his wife and partner, Lilly, became co-owners of the 1897 Beekman House Bed and Breakfast in Dundee. When he's not serving up his acclaimed three-course gourmet breakfasts, Greg can be found on the line at Dean Lane Dining, learning and growing under the guidance of Chef Michael Dean.

This event marks his first food pop-up with his dear friend, Natalie Travis, at Outlet 111 — and he hopes it’s the first of many.

For their debut, Greg is serving a Caja China Pig Roast, featuring:

• Caja China-roasted whole pig with Cuban seasoning and mojo sauce
• Black beans and rice
• Yuca con mojo – tender yuca in a Cuban citrus sauce with garlic and red onion

📅 Saturday, August 24th⏰ 4–7 PM💵 $30 per ticket – includes a plate of food and your choice of a mojito, mocktail mojito, glass of house wine, or draft beer
