Enjoy our fabulous charcuterie carving & crafting class at the beautiful White Oak Lavender Farm and sip on your favorite Purple Wolf Vineyard wine, beer, or slushy, available on site and during class. After class, shop and enjoy your charcuterie in the gardens, or at home with your favorite lavender fare!

1 hr. class to introduce you to charcuterie, includes all foods in photo for carving & crafting during class with a take home box of charcuterie favorites to enjoy along with a 60mL set of Valley Olive Oil & Balsamics Tuscan Herb Olive Oil & 18yr aged sweet Italian Dark Balsamic or Herbs de Provence Olive Oil & Lavender Dark Balsamic. Add on options also available like a hand-crafted artisan Charcuterie Carving Board of your choice, dipping herb blend, & dipping dish.

Advanced sign up required. If ordering a Featured Charcuterie Board by Stray Cat Designs, registration with board selection must be placed a minimum of 1 week prior to class for your board to be crafted in time.
