Our First “Health is Wealth” Event!

Join us for an afternoon focused on wellness, connection, and community.

Schedule:
• 2:30 PM – Optional Group Hike
Meet at the trailhead for a refreshing hike. We’ll head out around 2:40 and return by 4:00.
•4:00–4:45 PM – Community Connection & Wellness Chat
Whether you hiked or just arrived, take this time to connect informally with others and discuss all things health and wealth. We’ll also be demoing the Daylight Computer—a blue light and flicker-free tablet designed for healthier screen time.
•4:45–5:30 PM – Gentle Yoga + Sound Bowl Session
Unwind with a calming, all-levels yoga class accompanied by the soothing sounds of sound bowls.
