Join Alexandra for Breath Work!
This outdoor Breath Work practice is the perfect opportunity to unwind and align your mind, body, and spirit while connecting to nature. We will meet in the big meadow.
This class is DONATION BASED, with a suggesion of $10-$25.
Please bring with you: a yoga mat, a blanket, water, natural bug spray, and any other essentials you would like to have with you.
Please arrive at 6:15 to set up your space and be ready to start at 6:30pm.
All levels of experience welcome.
