"Basically, Straps" 1.5 Hr
This workshop will look at some of the basic building blocks and fundamentals of the essential straps moves. Come prepared to work hard and laugh a lot, all of the skills we will explore will require dedicated time and practice to achieve.
Pre-reqs
- Healthy shoulders and clean inversions are ideal for this workshop.

“Connect the dots” Sequencing on the Silks 1.5 Hr
Take your tricks and transitions to the next level with this exciting workshop. These sequences are designed to seamlessly guide you through interesting shapes and poses that transition you through to unexpected outcomes that keep your audience enchanted with every movement.

- Ability to invert in the air
- Clean Hip keys
- Min. 2 Climbs in a row (for endurance)
