Women's Creativity Group

Creative Therapy uses drawing, painting,
music, dance, drama and writing to help
people express themselves and process
their emotions. There are wide reaching
benefits to Creative Therapy that include
enhanced communication skills,
decreased stress and anxiety and
development of social connections for
increased resiliency.

When: Fridays for 10 weeks
commencing 9 May to 11 July
inclusive.
Time: 10 am to noon
Where: The RESEED Centre, 30 King
Edward Street, Penguin

Cost: $20 per session (includes all
materials)

supports. The group will enjoy a safe,

they can explore, create and make
friends, without criticism.
