Arrive, find a spot for your mat, and silently judge everyone else's cute yoga outfits. We'll start with some gentle stretches to ease you into the idea of being a morning person.
9:15 AM - 10:15 AM: Yogalates: Because We're Indecisive
Is it yoga? Is it Pilates? It's both! Get ready for a core-strengthening, flexibility-enhancing session that will have you feeling the burn in the best way possible. We'll move with the rhythm of the waves (or at least the sound of them in the distance).
10:15 AM - 10:45 AM: Conscious Breathwork: The Original Life Hack
You breathe all day, every day. Congrats. But are you doing it on purpose ? We’ll guide you through powerful breathing techniques that can do everything from energize your body to calm your perpetually-anxious mind. It’s like a triple-shot espresso and a glass of wine all at once, without the side effects.
10:45 AM - 11:15 AM: Guided Meditation: Silencing Your Inner Critic (and Karen)
Let our soothing guide help you find your zen. This is your officially sanctioned time to think about absolutely nothing. We dare you.
11:15 AM - 11:45 AM: Yoga Nidra: The Socially Acceptable Power Nap
Experience the deepest state of relaxation you can achieve without actually being asleep. This 30-minute session is like a power nap for your soul, proven to be as restorative as hours of regular sleep. You'll leave feeling more refreshed than if you had hit snooze for three hours straight.
11:45 AM - 12:00 PM: The Awkward Goodbye
Slowly re-enter the real world, grab your things, and awkwardly avoid eye contact as you leave. Or, stick around and chat with your fellow enlightened beings. Your call.
