• 300 Jackpot Guess $1.00 each
• Brackets will be available, $5 each, this will cover all 3 games, you can enter as many brackets as you want!
• 50/50 Drawing *1/2 to prize fund, 1/2 to the winning ticket(s)*
• The maximum score per game is 300.
• Please submit applications together if you have a group that you would like to bowl on the same lane, or write the names, USBC Number, and Average on the back of this entry form, and we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
• We will accept walk-ins on the date of the tournaments, subject to lane availability.
• On-site entry fee is $5.00 additional per bowler. All additional fees will be added to the event’s prize fund.
