SPRING CHARCUTERIE CLASS AT Cerebella Winery

Join us for a hands-on charcuterie workshop focused on creating a beautiful spring-inspired board.
You will learn how to style a seasonal charcuterie spread and make salami roses step by step. Each guest receives:
• A 12×8 bamboo cutting board to take home
• A variety of cheeses, meats, and fresh fruit
• A glass of wine
• Guided instruction and styling tips
Additional cheeses, meats, and charcuterie board items will be available for purchase during the class if you’d like to build extra or take ingredients home.
This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you feel confident building boards for gatherings, holidays, and entertaining.
