Sunday Wellness Walk & Refuel at Refresh

Join us on Sunday 21st September from 8am-10am for a soul-nourishing start to your day. Hosted by Gemma, this is your opportunity to move your body, connect with likeminded souls, and refuel with delicious, nutritious goodness.

We’ll meet at Refresh Juice Bar (Windsor Arcade, Penarth) where you’ll be welcomed with one of Refresh's famous stuffed dates and an energising ginger shot to kickstart your morning. Then we’ll head off on a gentle, feel-good walk around Cardiff Bay, soaking in the fresh air, peaceful views, and high-vibe conversation.

After the walk, we’ll return to Refresh to enjoy a smoothie or acai bowl of your choice, connect as a community, and start your Sunday in alignment — feeling grounded, inspired, and fuelled for the week ahead.
