StrollerFit – Move, Strengthen, Connect!
Join us for StrollerFit, a fun and energizing fitness class designed especially for parents and caregivers! This 4-week series is all about moving your body, bonding with your little one, and connecting with a supportive community.
🗓 Tuesdays, August 5 – August 26
🕦 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Each 60-minute class includes:
👟 A 30-minute power walk with your stroller
💪 30 minutes of strength training focused on core stability, total-body strength, and posture
🧘 We’ll finish with core-focused groundwork — please bring a yoga mat or blanket for comfort
This class is suitable for all fitness levels, so whether you’re new to movement or returning after baby, you’re welcome here!
