FREE FRIDAY CLASS FOR VETERANS AND SOLDIERS

I served for twenty years, and when I lost that to a medical condition, I was lost and didn't know who I was ... not to mention the PTSD and impostor syndrome.

I was lost.

Boxing saved me.
It let me feel PRESENT.
It let me feel SOMETHING.
It helped me in so many ways I can't verbalize.

So now starting in July, every Friday at 6pm I am offering a WARRIORS CLASS.

Come heal in the forge of training with people who understand.
