108 Sun Salutations-Autumn Equinox

Honor the season of transition and balance with 108 Sun Salutations for the Autumn Equinox. As we flow through 9 sets of 12 in silence, alternating leaders with each sequence, this moving meditation invites you to reflect on what you’ve cultivated, release what no longer aligns, and create space for gratitude and harmony. Embrace the balance of light and dark as we transition into the season of harvest.

This special event will be led by Devin and will take the place of her usual Flow class that evening.
