Outdoor Pop Up Yoga- Brookside Farms, Pelham NH

Join Yoga with Chuck for a special Outdoor Pop Up Yoga hosted by Brookside Farms! Practice outdoors and connect with nature. The sessions are usually a mix of Relax and Recharge Styles classes serving the unique group that shows up.

Please bring your own yoga mat and props. An outdoor yoga tip is to bring a sheet or blanket a little larger than your yoga mat to create an extra layer between you and the earth.

This charming New England Farm offers to go meals, fresh vegetables and so much more. Come a little early to visit the farmstead and support this local business, sharing their space with us.

Suggested Donation: $20 (cash preferred, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App etc also accepted).
