WHAT IS IT?
Ecstatic Freedom Dance is a guided movement journey with cacao (optional), music that takes you through waves of emotion, and a safe, held space where your body can finally let go.
No steps. No choreography. No trying to look good.
Just pure expression, release, and joy.
