🌊🔥 New Year’s Eve on the Beach 🔥🌊
Hey friends! This New Year’s Eve, we’re gathering as a Vineyard community on Fenella Beach to welcome the new year together. We’ll meet by the shore, light a beach fire, toast some marshmallows, and make space to reflect, pray, and celebrate what God is doing amongst us.
We’ll also practice something meaningful called Tashlich. It’s a Jewish tradition where people symbolically “cast away” the burdens of the past year—regrets, fears, and heaviness—by throwing a pebble into the water. As we do this together, we’ll take a moment to remember God’s mercy and His promise of new beginnings.
Come as you are. Bring a friend an open heart and something warm to drink. Let’s end the year by the sea—letting go, giving thanks, and stepping into the new year with hope.
