At Dance A'roon you have a chance to tune into your body, flow with your emotions, connect with others beyond words, and experience the uplifting power of movement.
The sessions begin with some gentle somatic movement prompts to support dancers to let go of the thinking mind and move into body wisdom space.
Suggestions of dance imagery are offered for you to play with (or not) and then it's you and the music and the magic unfolds.☆☆☆☆☆
