Monday Morning Equinox Retreat in Nature

Join me for a restorative and reflective morning in nature. Meeting at Beyla we will head off for a gentle walk, noticing and honouring this change of the season with some simple activities to help us slow down and tune in. If conditions allow, we will rest in hammocks between the trees before sharing a wild foraged tea made with a kelly kettle and cake. Returning to Beyla for a heart and body warming sauna with a chance for a cold plunge or two in the Quair Water.
