Supported Social Swim with Sauna

Have you done an intro session but would like to build your confidence?
Do you want to swim but don't have a swim pal available?
Fancy a swim and sauna with a supportive group?

Join qualified open water swim coach, Ingrid Campbell from Tweed Valley Wilding, for a fun supported social swim. Build your confidence, meet new people and learn more about how to wild swim safely and enjoy a Wild Dook Sauna too.

This session is not for complete beginners, please book the introductory session.

£30 for swim and sauna, and light refreshments.
