Somatic Restorative Yoga Workshop

Join Laura for an afternoon of relaxation on Sunday, July 20th at 1:00PM with a Somatic Restorative Yoga Workshop. Somatic Restorative Yoga is a practice that combines somatic movement with restorative yoga poses to help the body relax and release tension. Somatic Movement involves paying attention to internal physical sensations and experiences. It can help improve posture, flexibility, range of motion, and relieves chronic pain and stress. Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative practice that uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body and help it relax into the poses.
In this 90 minute class all of the necessary props will be provided by us all you will need is your mat.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
