Hands-On Restorative Yoga

Join Laura for a 90 minute Restorative Yoga practice with massage therapist, Cassie Clark L.M.T. who will be on hand to enhance each pose with massage techniques that will increase elasticity in the limbs and release tension within the muscles. Shower yourself in love as you slow down, embrace stillness and find harmony with this deeply relaxing practice.
