Unplug Texas Day 2025

Led by the Texas Recreation and Park Society, Unplug Texas Day invites you to take a break from screens and "unplug and play" by visiting local parks, trails, and natural spaces. Take the pledge to unplug on October 21! Join fellow Texans across the state and unplug from technology and get outside to play!

Staff from the Recreation Center and Natatorium and the Delores Fenwick Nature Center will be hosting games and activities for the community at Independence Park. Turn those devices off and get outside with Pearland Parks & Recreation!
