F.A.M. Centers is turning 6 and celebrating six years of service and community care with a special event designed to bring families together for a day full of energy, education, and fun. Come party with a purpose as we partner with Texas A&M Healthy South Texas, Soul Goode Restaurant, and fitness experts from around Houston to enjoy fitness activities, educational sessions, games, prizes, and more! Remember to BYOM (Bring Your Own Yoga Mat)!
