Monthly Writing Circle – Write, Connect & Create

Join us for a relaxed daytime Writing Circle at Le Petit Vélo — a supportive space to write, share ideas, and make progress on any writing project you’re working on.

This monthly session combines guided writing exercises, focused writing sprints, and gentle networking, giving you both inspiration and dedicated time to write. Each month will explore a different theme to help develop your imagination, confidence, and creative flow.

Whether you’re writing fiction, non-fiction, poetry, journalling, or something entirely your own, you’re very welcome here.

Time: 12pm – 2pm
Frequency: Once a month
Price: £10 per person (advance booking preferred)

What to expect:

• Short, guided writing exercises
• Timed writing sprints to help you focus
• Time to chat, connect, and share (if you’d like)
• A friendly, inclusive group with mixed experience levels

Practical details:

• Handwriting or laptops welcome (Wi-Fi and plugs available)
• All levels of experience encouraged — from “not started yet” to published writers
• Drinks and snacks available to purchase from the café

If you’ve been craving time to write, a change of scenery, or a little creative accountability, this is a lovely way to spend a lunchtime doing something just for you.
