EVENT DESCRIPTION
Step up to the challenge and show your strength at our 3-event charity competition! Participants will take on a weighted carry, deadlift, and overhead press, with divisions by age group and modified options available—making this event accessible and fun for all fitness levels.

This exciting event supports a powerful cause: all proceeds will help launch BeStrong, our new support program for graduates of the Y’s Livestrong at the YMCA program for adult cancer survivors.

THE CAUSE
LiveStrong offers cancer survivors 12-weeks of support after treatments. BeStrong will help participants continue their journey of hope and healing. Your participation will make this happen by supporting the BeStrong program.

REGISTRATION
Online registration is open until Saturday, July 26th, at 11:59am. Registration will be available in person on Sunday, July 27th starting at 8:00 A.M.

Come lift, cheer, and make a difference—your strength supports theirs!
