Yoga Nidra with reiki will support you in relaxing and connecting within. A card pull for further guidance and then time to create a collage or color to aid in your healing.

All within a safe, non-judgmental, supportive healing space.

Materials will be provided.

*Bring a yoga mat or blanket to be comfy on the floor and water.
