Join me for a six-week therapeutic yoga group designed to support you in understanding and regulating your nervous system through the lens of Polyvagal Theory. This group offers a compassionate space to explore anxiety not as something to fix, but as a message from your body — a guide leading you back to safety, balance, and connection. This group is not meant to replace mental health therapy or medical care; it can be a wonderful complement to other forms of care.
What you can expect:
- Gentle, trauma-informed yoga practices to ground, soothe, and regulate your nervous system
- Education on the nervous system and Polyvagal Theory to empower you with insight into how anxiety shows up in your body
and how to create more safety in your system
- A rich toolkit of daily grounding, balancing, and regulating techniques to carry into your life
- Space for nonjudgmental sharing, reflection, and connection with others on a similar journey
- Opportunities to reconnect with your inner wisdom, intuition, and self-healing capacities
This series is for anyone experiencing anxiety/chronic stress who longs for deeper connection — to themselves, their bodies, and to a sense of safety within.
