Warrior Welcome Back to School BBQ

Join us at WHS on Tuesday, July 29th from 3-6:30pm for a Welcome Back to School BBQ! This BRAND NEW community-wide WARRIOR WELCOME is your one-stop event for everything back-to-school -- this replaces past events like WHS Registration, Orientation and Open House, so be sure to attend! Students will be able to pick up class schedules and make schedule changes if needed. Student Council will lead tours of the school. Students in grades 10-12 will be able to get Photo IDs made and purchase parking passes. Families will be able to get your 2025-26 Booster Club Sports Pass, join the Warrior Club, shop ALL NEW Warrior merch, and talk to representatives from WHS clubs and athletics. There will be a FREE catered BBQ dinner in the cafeteria and cool treats from Sunset Slush, Kona Ice and Mr. Softee available for purchase. A DJ will be spinning the hottest summer tunes and the WHS Band will perform at 4pm. Come enjoy BBQ, music, and fun as we welcome students, families, and the entire Waccamaw community back to school!
