This group is for caregivers, therapists, nurses, healers, and helpers who are ready to move from overwhelm to grounded presence—without pushing, fixing, or performing.

- Gentle movement, breathwork, and nervous system education
- Guided rest practices like Yoga Nidra (a deeply restorative
guided meditation)
