Teens and Adults. This workshop is for anyone experiencing any type of grief and loss.

Grief doesn’t only come from the loss of a loved one or a cherished pet.  It can arise from breakups, health challenges, mental health, trauma, or life changes, saying goodbye to friends who are moving, children off to college, or goodbye to foods you are no longer able to eat, and many other reasons.

Whatever your story, your feelings are valid.
It’s okay to feel lost, broken, or overwhelmed.

Join us for a Grief Workshop
A safe space to explore your emotions,
gain insight into your grief,
and learn gentle, supportive ways to move forward.
