CPO PRIDE DAY 2025!!!!

Information:
Food/Swag: Each mess has the option to sell food and swag for fundraising purposes. If you prefer to cater solely for your mess and selectees, that is also fine. We ask that you follow proper food handling protocols to ensure safety if you plan to sell to the masses. As a reminder, the event is open to family members to attend also for FREE, so please take that into consideration if you plan on selling food and swag to fundraise for your mess. Additionally, please inform us in the google docs form of the items that you plan to sell to avoid duplication, as we don't want 30 messes selling burgers and hot dogs. We aim to provide an a la carte list, so that everyone knows what's available from each mess.
Important Guidelines:
No alcohol is permitted at this event
No outside vending: Sales of food and swag are limited to CPO Mess only.
This event is strictly by us, for us.
Grills/Power/Propane: You will need to provide your own grills, generators for power, and propane for cooking needs, as was done last year. MWR sometimes has generators available for rental or checkout, so please plan accordingly.
Tents: You are responsible for providing and setting up your own tents in the designated area. However, we are limiting each command to three 10x10 tents to conserve space. Consider using an "L" shaped layout for efficient use of space.
Lastly – Get your orders and vendor fees in ASAP!!! This will ensure we have everything on site the day of!
