PD Carnival marks the first-ever large-scale gastronomic and cultural celebration in Bihar, envisioned to bring together the best of food, art, fashion, music, and local enterprise under one vibrant umbrella.
Building upon the resounding success of the Bihar Food Festival (December 2019), which welcomed over 100,000 visitors in just three days, the PD Carnival aspires to expand this joyful experience into a 9-day extravaganza.
The event will showcase local artisans, restaurants, entrepreneurs, and performers, fostering an inclusive platform that celebrates Bihar’s creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
