About our guest curator | Lauren Cesiro, PhD Lauren Cesiro holds a B.A in Studio Art from Fairfield University, an M.A in Art History and Criticism from Stony Brook University, and a PhD in Art History from Binghamton University. She studies the history of photography with a focus on twentieth century American photography, art, and visual culture. Her recent research interest includes representation and the body in photography, vision, and visuality. She has taught Art History courses that range from Ancient Art to Contemporary Art for over ten years. Currently she is a Lecturer of Art History at Farmingdale State College.
