We’re excited to have you join us for a fantastic day of BBQ, fun, and prizes! Please review the event details below:

🔥 Event Entry:

All adults must show proof of a ticket for entry. Kids 18 and under enter FREE!

If you purchased multiple tickets, you may share them with others for BBQ entry. However, each ticket can only be used once—once scanned, it cannot be reused.

Raffle prizes will be awarded to the original ticket purchaser, regardless of who uses the ticket for entry.

🎟 Event Schedule & Raffle Drawings:

Gates open at 1 PM—entry is first come, first served.

Raffle winners will be drawn later in the event, so stick around for your chance to win!

🍻 If You Plan to Drink, Please Plan Ahead!
