Parent + Tot Move Your Body

Our Parent + Tot Move Your Body class is similar to a tumbling class, but we keep your child’s whole body in mind. In each class, children will work on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and body control—while laying the groundwork for a healthy habit of physical fitness!

In this very beginner class, your child will start learning how to listen, follow directions, and take turns—all with you right by their side. Parents and caregivers join their child on the floor, exploring rhythms, songs, stretching, body positions, spatial awareness, and fun gross motor stations. Designed for children under age 3 (generally starting at 12 months or once walking), this class gives you the opportunity to experience social and physical activities together, fostering connection and confidence.

Bonus perk: Your class fee includes free Open Play admission in our play space immediately after class—so the fun can keep going!
