Sausage Making Class

Roll up your sleeves and join us for an unforgettable hands-on experience inside the Primal House Butcher Shop. Led by in-house experts Cindy and Denise, this intensive workshop is designed for true culinary enthusiasts ready to get behind the scenes and into the craft of artisan sausage making.

You’ll be guided step-by-step through the butchery process, meat grinding, seasoning, and casing of your own Cheddar Serrano sausages. Each participant will walk away with professional-level knowledge and a generous portion of house-made sausages to take home.

Class limited to 8 participants. Full PPE (gloves, apron, safety gear) is required and will be provided. Please wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair.

This class is held inside our working butcher shop and is an immersive experience.

Cost: $250 per person
