A safe space to heal, learn, and grow

ABOUT THE GROUP
Each session includes evidence-based techniques from trauma informed therapy. Our goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where teens can feel seen, heard, and empowered.

WHO SHOULD JOIN?
Teens 13-17 who have experienced trauma including; emotional, physical, verbal, financial, spiritual and/or relational trauma. Unsure if you qualify? Give us a call and we can help you out! (805) 545-8888
