ASIAN ACADEMY (AA) was first started in 2011 as Asia’s first Academy in JCI catered to Chapter leaders in ASEAN plus. AA is Asia’s only academy that brings together JCI LOM leaders and young leaders from all across ASEAN plus to participate in a three days full intensive course training conducted by JCI World President 2008 Senator Graham Hanlon.
The academy’s main objective is to unite leaders across Asia to exchange ideas and learning on leadership cultivation and promoting cross border interaction. A night of recognition will be held on the last day of the program, graduating participants will be awarded a leadership pin that is recognize for their participation in all major JCI conferences.
This project aims to strengthen relationships and cooperation among Junior Chamber International (JCI) chapters across borders, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared learning. By connecting chapters from different countries, the project will provide opportunities to exchange ideas, share best practices, and work together on initiatives that align with JCI’s mission and global goals.
This project aims to enhance participants’ communication abilities, ensuring they can convey ideas clearly, listen actively, and engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong communication skills are fundamental for building relationships, fostering collaboration, and driving successful outcomes in any professional or personal setting.
