The Wellness Series is holistically designed and focuses on 4 aspects in life which are financial, psychological, emotional and spiritual.
At the end of the session, each participant should be able to:
Financial aspect: demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, financial analysis, and financial decision-making, enabling them to make informed and strategic financial decisions in personal and professional contexts.
Psychological aspect: be able to analyze and apply fundamental psychological concepts, such as motivation, cognition, emotion, and social influence, to better understand human behavior in various contexts. Participants will develop insights into the psychological factors influencing decision-making, interpersonal relationships, and overall mental well-being, fostering a more informed and empathetic approach to personal and professional interactions.
Emotional aspect: will possess the knowledge and skills to recognize, manage, and leverage emotions effectively. They will be able to demonstrate emotional intelligence by understanding their own emotions and those of others, cultivating empathy, and employing strategies to navigate emotional challenges in personal and professional settings. Participants will develop the ability to foster positive emotional climates and build stronger interpersonal connections.
Spiritual aspect: gain a deep understanding of spiritual principles and practices, exploring the intersection of personal values, meaning, and purpose. Participants will develop the capacity for self-reflection, mindfulness, and the application of spiritual insights to enhance their overall well-being. Additionally, they will be equipped to appreciate and respect diverse spiritual perspectives, fostering a sense of interconnectedness and contributing to a more holistic approach to life.
