Koppinger hosted the renowned Westin Wine Dinner Series featuring 7-course fine dining menus, was invited to appear as a guest Chef from the USA for an event titled “Midsummer Night’s Feast” along with Michelin star rated Chef’s, he was hired by pronounced brands including the Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott Hotels to refine their Food & Beverage programs, Lectured in Culinary Arts programs at Universities, and has appeared on local television shows during their cooking segments.
