This eight-course dinner features the seasonal bounty of Schreiber Farms, with every dish crafted by Chef Jessie of Ciao Trattoria to showcase the vibrant fruits and vegetables grown just a few miles away. The evening begins with a standing social course before guests are seated at a communal table to enjoy a mix of plated and family-style dishes, culminating in a tableside carving of Chef Jessie’s signature porchetta.

Each course will be paired with thoughtful wine selections from our neighbors at CD Wine Ventures, curated and poured by the team behind the newly opened Little Wine Shop.

Throughout the evening, guests will hear from the collaborators themselves, the Schreibers sharing the story behind the farm’s harvest, the Little Wine Shop guiding guests through each pairing, and Chef Jessie offering insight into his inspiration and techniques. It’s a one-of-a-kind gathering rooted in local ingredients, meaningful connection, and the shared joy of great food and wine.
