ATTAIN INVITATION TO OUR TRAINERS’ TRAINING on
DESIGNING AND DELIVERING HIGH IMPACT TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY on May 29-31, 2025 from 8:30 am-5:30 PM at Networld Hotel in Buendia cor. Roxas Blvd., Pasay City
This program aims to enhance the skills of trainers-practitioners in
• designing training programs that are most responsive to the evolving training needs of the hospitality industry and
• delivering learning sessions on technical and behavioral programs using high-impact training methodologies and facilitation techniques
Under the guidance of our highly seasoned facilitators, participants will be required to produce the following output during the seminar:
1. Develop or align existing training programs in a manner that will best address the training needs or the required competencies of their target groups/participants
2. Present a sample module utilizing modern approaches to training delivery, shifting from the traditional methods to a more interactive, participative, introspective and experiential delivery techniques.
Participants who will make a satisfactory performance in these two expected outcomes shall receive a certificate of competency as a trainer by ATTAIN, attested by the trainers.
Course Fee: P4,500 for a 3-day workshop, inclusive of lunch and snacks, training kit and certificate and personalized coaching of our trainers in the preparation and presentation of the required workshop output.

Days 1 and 2 -to be facilitated by Nolo Silayan
1. An overview of the training needs of frontliners, service providers and managers of hospitality establishments
2. Designing training programs and performance-based content that best respond to the evolving training needs of the industry;
3. Various approaches and methodologies in presenting lessons, focusing on the participative, experiential and modern approaches to learning
4. Utilizing Effective Communication Style and Oral delivery techniques
5. Creating a Conducive learning Atmosphere
Day 3 to be facilitated by Dr. Cherry Rotas Palacio and Amelia Roldan
1. Facilitation Techniques for Behavioral Modification Programs like Character Building, Personality Development, Team Building, etc.
2. The magic of creative arts in facilitating behavioral change
3. Coaching and counseling techniques
