6:00pm SHARP to 8:00pm - live music performances

8:00pm to 9:00pm - meet the artists, take photos, hang, make a new friend, hangout, mingle

Space is limited. A ticket/RSVP is required to be able to attend the show. You will not be permitted into this private residence without a valid ticket/RSVP.

Each attendee must have their own ticket/RSVP to be able to attend.

Capacity for this show is 30 people maximum

• pillow, blanket, towel, or short beach chair to sit on (Note: majority of seating will be on the floor for this event. This location will have a few quilts and a few chairs to sit on but options are limited. Please bring what you want with this info in mind. If you are cool sitting on the floor on a quilt, then you are all set! If you want a little extra cushion bring a pillow or blanket to fold up and place under you. If you are not able to sit on the floor we will have the few reserved chairs at the location for you to use or you can bring your own short beach chair/collapsing chair.

• This is an outdoor event. Please dress and plan accordingly.

Tickets are $15 each

100% of ticket sales get divided evenly amongst all artists and curator.

Christie Huff - Christie Huff is a country/pop artist who splits her time between LA and Nashville. She brings a soulful touch to her country sound. She has opened up for many notable artists like Toby Keith, Jason Aldean and Keith Urban. Many of her songs have over 1 million streams. She releases a new song every 6-8 weeks, follow along for her journey!

Jordan Smith Reynolds - Jordan Smith Reynolds is a Long Beach based folk/pop singer-songwriter. A classically trained tenor turned folk musician, Jordan is influenced by artists like Big Thief, Sufjan Stevens, and Bon Iver. He runs a podcast on songwriting called "The Song Saloon" that has featured over 30 songwriters with performances and interviews. Along with his own original music performances, Jordan is a professional vocalist performing regularly in choirs and session work in the LA area.

D. Marin Perez - For Cuban-American musician D. Marin Perez, songwriting becomes a place of real residence - to hide and be known, to seek and knock. Tutored by 60s rock and religious hymns from an early age, songwriting becomes a place to integrate an ever-evolving sense of family, religion, politics (the negotiations of our shared life together), belonging, love, and loss. These themes persist in his writing as a former minister and community organizer.

Anna May - Alternative tragic Americana, invocations for peace & judgment reshaping with bleeding heart stream of consciousness poems. Anna's lyrical sensibility is steeped in wisdom, and layered with evocative musicality and metaphysical embroidery while eschewing the mainstream & parting with platitudes. Anna explores both estrangement and connection while taking cues from artists like Billie Holiday & Neil Young. Anna has been compared to artists like Jeff Buckley & Aimee Mann. Anna has opened for Kacy Hill, Amythyst Kiah, The Arcadian Wild, Altan, Michigan Rattlers & Jacob Jolliff. Anna has performed at wildflower music & arts festival, treefort music festival, Brick and Mortar Music Hall in San Francisco, High Dive in Seattle, Spiderhouse Ballroom in Austin, Larimer Lounge in Denver, PNC Live Studio, etc.Anna has been featured in V13 media, Medium, Northern Public Radio & nominated for best indie song of 2023 by Indie Boulevard Magazine. In 2024, Anna was a featured guest on NPR's Great American Folk Show, on WKU PBS Lost River Sessions in 2025, & her song, The Show was chosen as song of the day on KUTX in Austin in 2024. In 2024, Anna was nominated for Best Americana Act at the New England Music Awards & was featured on the WDVX Blue Plate Special.
