The cost is $400 with a $100 deposit due at the time of scheduling. Must be at least 23 years old with 4 years in the trade.

The written test(Knowledge Verification) is not a prerequisite to take the hands-on(Performance Verification) and therefore can be taken without having completed the written test.

All tools are provided, candidates need only to bring a preferred pair of cut resistant work gloves.
