Give your body the gift to unplug with our magic combination of Restorative Yoga and Sound. Not only beginner friendly but a truly therapeutic exploration. You'll begin with a slower paced class that not only restores but promises to reform and renovate. Then you'll take the body through a slow shift from an active mind into the dream-like state to pause from distractions and use sound as an outlet.

Your ticket includes:

Restorative Yoga 6:00-7:15pm for 2

Sound Bath 7:30-8:15pm for 2

All of the props needed including mats blankets and blocks but you are welcome to bring any of your own if you prefer.

Use these helpful tips to prepare:

1. Dress for comfort
2. Be on time- at least 5-10mins. prior to the start time.
3. Turn off your phone upon arrival
4. Prepare your space- a yoga mat and props will be provided.
5. Clear your mind- Plan to relax.
6. Take care of your body before and after the session. Use the restroom prior and after the experience
