Meet on the trail next to the LA Fitness parking lot at 8120 Jumpers Hole Road for a pre-run briefing a few minutes before 9.

All are welcome - runners, walkers, strollers, and dogs (on leashes). Let us know if you'd like to volunteer!

Afterwards, join us for a coffee over at Panera Bread (8125 Ritchie Hwy, Pasadena, MD 21122)
