Grief and joy change us. And they often change each other, too.

Join us for All That We Touch, an intimate, art-filled event that explores how grief and joy live in the same breath. Led by Thea Monyeé and Akilah S. Richards, this gathering weaves ritual, reflection, and hands-on creativity to help us feel, name, and honor the emotional textures we carry.

Rooted in the Bringing Flowers framework—The 8 Interlocks of Grief and Joy—this experience offers practical language and tender tools for working with change. Whether you’re grieving a loss, navigating a transition, or simply curious about the ways joy and grief shape who we are, you are welcome here.

What You’ll Experience:

• A warm, grounding welcome
• Conversation on how grief and joy show up in real life
• A sensory-based creative practice (no art skills required!)
• Ritual space for individual and shared reflection
• A sense of community in a sacred, Black-owned space
