ALL-NEW Pasadena Public Art Ride

Tour Pasadena public art by bike, with docent Corey Dunlap, Pasadena's Public Art Manager! Ride will be approximately 10 miles, with elevation gain / loss of less than 300'. The ride will begin and end near Pasadena City Hall. We will gather at 9 a.m. and roll at 9:30 a.m. sharp. This is a relatively slow-paced, easy ride, but it is not for new bike riders. NOTE - there will be three sections of the ride where we will dismount and walk for about a block.

This is the "All New" art ride because MOST of these public art pieces have not been on a previous Complete Streets Coalition walk or ride.

What Is Needed for the Ride

• A bike in good working condition. If you haven't ridden your bike in a long time, we suggest taking it to a local bike shop for a safety check or tune up.
• Helmets are recommended for all and required by law for anyone under 18.
• Water and snacks for the ride.
• Sunblock or clothing to protect you from the sun.
• A spare tube that fits the size of your tires.

Parking

We encourage you to ride to the event start location or take Metro to the Memorial Park Station, which is just 2 blocks from the start. If you are driving, there is paid parking at the structure on Holly and Arroyo Parkway. The street parking in the area is usually time limited to two hours.
