Supporting fire-impacted communities is powerful work, but it can also be emotionally exhausting. This practical, trauma-informed session is designed for case workers, nonprofit staff, and volunteers with minimal mental health training.

You’ll learn how to spot signs of burnout in yourself, recognize when someone you're helping may need professional support, and walk away with simple tools to manage stress, honor your boundaries, and sustain your compassion—without burning out.
